1. Introduction

Welcome to P00LS Games, a free-to-play social casino operated by P00LS, Inc. (“P00LS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the P00LS Games social-casino experience available through Telegram, the web, or other platforms we operate (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

P00LS Games offers casino-style games such as slots, blackjack, plinko, roulette, and similar entertainment games.
All gameplay is for entertainment purposes only.

You may:

• Earn or purchase P00LS Points (“PPs”) to play games.
  
• Use PPs to enter weekly contests or tournaments.
  
• Earn additional PPs through gameplay performance, bonuses, or contests.
  

No real money, cryptocurrency, or other thing of monetary value can be won, lost, or withdrawn through the Service.
 P00LS Games is not a gambling platform and is intended solely as a free-to-play social casino.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use P00LS Games.
By accessing the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to use entertainment-only social games in your region.

4. Virtual Currency: P00LS Points (“PPs”)

4.1 Nature of PPs

• PPs are virtual points that exist only within the P00LS Games environment.
  
• PPs have no cash value, are not real currency, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for money, cryptocurrency, or any monetary instrument.
  
• PPs are non-transferable and non-exchangeable between users except as permitted in gameplay or contests within the Service.
  

4.2 Earning PPs

You may earn PPs through:

• Daily rewards, achievements, or game outcomes.
  
• Participation in weekly contests.
  
• Referrals or other promotions offered by P00LS.
  

All PPs earned are for entertainment use only.

4.3 Purchasing PPs

You may purchase PPs through in-app or in-game transactions to continue playing or access certain game modes.
All purchases:

• Are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
  
• Do not grant ownership rights in PPs or any assets of P00LS.
  
• Do not entitle you to any financial return.
  

5. Weekly Contests

P00LS may host weekly or periodic contests (the “Contests”) where players compete on leaderboards based on in-game performance.

• Contest participation may require the use of PPs (e.g., entry fees or wagers).
  
• Contest rewards are issued only in PPs.
  
• Rewards have no cash or cryptocurrency equivalent.
  
• Leaderboards and scoring systems are subject to change at P00LS’s discretion.
  

P00LS reserves the right to adjust or cancel contests at any time for fairness, technical, or operational reasons.

6. No Cash-Out, Withdrawal, or Monetary Conversion

P00LS Games does not support any form of cash-out, withdrawal, redemption, or conversion of PPs or other in-game assets into money, cryptocurrency, or goods or services of value.

Your PPs balance represents a limited, revocable license to use virtual points solely for gameplay.
You acknowledge and agree that:

• PPs are not redeemable for legal tender.
  
• PPs do not entitle you to compensation, refunds, or financial gain.
  
• You have no property or ownership interest in PPs.
  

7. Inactive Accounts and Expiration

If your account remains inactive for 12 months or more, P00LS may, at its discretion:

• Reset your PPs balance to zero; and/or
  
• Remove unclaimed rewards, bonuses, or progress.
  

P00LS may notify you before such a reset but is not obligated to do so.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, automation tools, or cheats to gain unfair advantages.
  
• Sell, trade, or transfer accounts or PPs.
  
• Use the Service for any illegal or commercial purpose.
  
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of PPs.

9. Ownership of Content

All game content, graphics, designs, and code within P00LS Games are the property of P00LS or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for entertainment only.

10. No Gambling or Real-Money Wagering

P00LS Games is an entertainment platform.

• It does not involve real-money betting or gambling.
  
• It is not subject to gaming or gambling regulation because no prizes of monetary value are awarded.
  
• Participation in P00LS Games does not offer any chance to win money or valuable consideration.
  

11. Termination

P00LS may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms;
  
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior; or
  
• Attempt to exchange or sell PPs outside the platform.
  

Upon termination, all PPs and in-game progress are forfeited.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
P00LS makes no warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability of gameplay.
P00LS is not liable for:

• Loss of PPs or progress due to technical issues;
  
• Unauthorized access or account compromise; or
  
• Any claim arising from your use of the Service.
  

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• P00LS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  
• In no event shall P00LS’s total liability exceed the total amount you spent on PP purchases within the preceding six months.
  

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York County, NY.

15. Updates to These Terms

P00LS may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted within the game or on the P00LS website.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
